Registration and abstract submission to the 17th Annual Ottawa Mathematics and Statistics Conference is now open!
The Ottawa Mathematics and Statistics Conference (OMSC) is hosted by the Mathematics and Statistics Graduate Student Association (MSGSA) at the University of Ottawa. This year, the OMSC will be held on May 22-24, 2024 at the University of Ottawa. REGISTRATION IS FREE!

Some funding is available to student presenters to partially cover travel costs.
The OMSC provides a venue for graduate students in mathematics and statistics to showcase their original research. Alongside the student talks, expert mathematicians from Canadian universities and industries will give keynote talks.
Participants are invited to submit abstracts for presentations on either original research or an interesting mathematical topic. We will also be hosting a Three-Minute Thesis competition with a cash prize. Students are welcome to register with a thesis title.
To facilitate networking, we will also be hosting a variety of social events.
