We\u2019d like to introduce you to TKS, an innovation program for ambitious and curious students.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.tks.world?utm_medium=schoolsorgs&amp;utm_source=orgpartner&amp;utm_campaign=canadian_mathematical_society\">TKS is the world\u2019s top innovation program for students aged&nbsp;13-17<\/a>. The program is designed to make students future-ready with the tools and mindsets needed to solve important problems in the world.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>TKS alumni have gone on to become the youngest employees at SpaceX, NASA, Google, Microsoft, Tesla, and OpenAI. They\u2019ve started companies valued at over $500 million&nbsp;and earned full-ride scholarships to UofT, UBC, MIT, Harvard, Stanford and more.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>By the end of the 10-month program, students will:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Gain real-world work experience<\/strong>\u00a0with organizations like Google, Meta, Airbnb, the United Nations and Mastercard<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Be future-ready<\/strong>\u00a0with a good understanding of emerging technologies like Artificial Intelligence, Quantum Computing, Synthetic Biology, Regenerative Medicine, Nanotech, and Blockchain<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Develop a portfolio<\/strong>\u00a0of projects that can be used to stand out in university applications, internships, and more<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Learn the mindsets, confidence, and problem-solving abilities<\/strong>\u00a0you&#8217;ll need to be a leader<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Be mentored<\/strong>\u00a0by industry professionals, including mentors from Netflix, Stanford, Uber, Apple, SpaceX, and more<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Have the chance to\u00a0<strong>earn opportunities like speaking events and scholarships<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>TKS looks for curiosity, drive, and willingness to put in the work. They don&#8217;t look at grades, and there\u2019s no prerequisite to apply.
