You are invited to nominate members to be candidates or to self-nominate.\u00a0 Nominations, along with supporting materials, should be submitted through our <a href=\"https:\/\/docs.google.com\/forms\/d\/e\/1FAIpQLSeMSsFBUhclSv1vyds35sWq374qLwFyUrU1uvcGC6LPOQtFAQ\/viewform?usp=dialog\">online form.\u00a0<\/a>If you wish to use regular mail, please contact the Canadian Mathematical Society main office. Nominations will be accepted by the CMS Nominating Committee prior to <strong>April 14, 2025<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Nominations are being solicited for the following positions for the Executive Committee (length of elected term in parentheses):<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>President-Elect&nbsp;(1 year)\/President (2 years)\/Past-President (1 year);<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Vice-President \u2013 Atlantic (4 years);<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Vice-President \u2013 Pacific (4 years).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Nominations are also being solicited for Board of Directors members (length of elected term in parentheses):<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Atlantic (NL, NS, NB, PE) \u2013 1 member (4 years);<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ontario \u2013 2 members (4 years);<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>West (AB, MB, NT, NU, SK) \u2013 1 member (4 years);<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Pacific (BC, YT) \u2013 2 members (4 years).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Student Director \u2013 1 member (2 years).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>For 2025, the CMS will hold the&nbsp;election&nbsp;electronically in May with results formally approved in June at the Annual General Meeting (AGM) in Quebec City, Quebec.
