Register Now: CMS Governance Review Town Halls for All CMS Members | May 28, 2026

The Canadian Mathematical Society (CMS) is continuing its Governance Review process, an initiative aimed at modernizing and strengthening the Society’s governance structure to improve clarity, accountability, and operational effectiveness while supporting CMS’s mission and programs.
As part of this process, CMS members are invited to attend one of two virtual Town Hall sessions on May 28, 2026. These sessions, hosted by the consulting firm supporting the Governance Review, will provide an overview of the proposed governance and by-law changes and offer members an opportunity to ask questions and participate in discussion in either English or French. Registration information can be found below.
Members are encouraged to read the letter from the CMS Governance Review Ad-hoc Committee on Structural Recommendations prior to attending:
