Notes from the margins – Call for submission
Dear mathematics and statistics students,
It is my pleasure to announce that the Summer 2024 edition of Notes from the Margin is available now on the CMS Student Committee website. This edition features articles on computer science, combinatorics, geometry, and much more. Many thanks to all of our contributors!

Notes from the Margin accepts student writing on mathematics in a variety of formats: short research articles, essays on mathematical history, interviews, opinion pieces, puzzles, and much more!
If you would like to submit an article for publication in the Winter 2024 edition of Notes from the Margin, email your LaTeX file along with any associated image files to student-editor@cms.math.ca. All submitted articles must be received by midnight on October 1st, 2024 for consideration towards the Winter 2024 edition.
Articles are typically 250-1000 words long and submission guidelines can be found at: https://studc.math.ca/wp-content/uploads/2017/11/NFTMSubGuide-ENG.pdf
