Call for Abstracts – Analysis and Applications of Partial Differential Equations – Alberta Mathematics Dialogue (AMD)
We are calling for abstract submissions for a session titled “Analysis and Applications of Partial Differential Equations” at the Alberta Mathematics Dialogue (AMD), to be held on May 7–8 at MacEwan University in Edmonton. This session focuses on recent advances in the theory, analysis, and applications of partial differential equations (PDEs). Topics include qualitative analysis of PDE models, numerical methods, and interdisciplinary applications in biology, physics, and engineering. Contributions addressing nonlinear dynamics, stability analysis, pattern formation, and multiscale phenomena are particularly welcome. The session aims to bring together researchers working on both theoretical developments and applied problems where PDEs play a central role.
If anyone is interested in giving a talk, please feel free to contact me at tianxu2@ualberta.ca.
